Ingredients

  • 250 g Greek yogurt, 2%
  • 300 g watermelon, cut into small cubes
  • 10 g Sukrin syrup

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a large bowl.

  2. Cut the watermelon into small cubes and pile it generously over the yogurt.

  3. Drizzle with Sukrin syrup and serve immediately.

Make it your own

Add some berries

Blueberries work especially well for extra sweetness, colour and texture.

Add some crunch

Try coconut flakes, chopped pistachios, almonds, chia seeds or pumpkin seeds.

Make it richer

Use 10% Greek yogurt instead of 2% for a creamier, richer version.

Go even bigger

Add more watermelon for even more volume.
