- 250 g Greek yogurt, 2%
- 300 g watermelon, cut into small cubes
- 10 g Sukrin syrup
Step by step
Method
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a large bowl.
Cut the watermelon into small cubes and pile it generously over the yogurt.
Drizzle with Sukrin syrup and serve immediately.
Make it your own
Add some berries
Blueberries work especially well for extra sweetness, colour and texture.
Add some crunch
Try coconut flakes, chopped pistachios, almonds, chia seeds or pumpkin seeds.
Make it richer
Use 10% Greek yogurt instead of 2% for a creamier, richer version.
